Beer and Whiskey Dinner
Cabin fever bringing you down? Spring is just around the corner! To celebrate we invite you to join us next Saturday, March 29th, for an evening of libations and merriment at Grouse Mountain Lodge.
Chef Joe Santangini has paired four delicious courses with Great Northern Brewing Company beers and Glacier Distilling Company whiskey:
Course One~Ahi tuna and blue crab roll with cucumber yogurt coulis, fresh mango and cilantro oil delightfully paired with Wheatfish Lager
Course Two~Beet and date salad served on a bed of spicy arugula, dressed with an apple cider reduction and balanced with a pint of Good Medicine Imperial Ale
Course Three~Prime New York strip steak served with yukon gold potato puree, creamed baby spinach and spice butter glazed carrots paired with Equinox Single Hop Pale Ale…if you haven’t tried the Equinox yet you’re in for a treat
Course Four~Dark and milk chocolate pavé drizzled with Wheatfish Whiskey butter sauce and served with a nip of Wheatfish Whiskey straight from the cask…sinfully delicious
