TRAPLINE ROCK & RYE COCKTAILS

Trapline Flip

In a shaker:

Add 2 oz Trapline Rock & Rye

3/4 oz lemon juice

1 egg white

1/2 oz simple syrup (optional)

Add a couple ice cubes and shake well. Strain into glass of choice. Garnish with lemon peel and a couple dashes of bitters.

Hot Toddy

In a mug:

2 oz Trapline Rock & Rye

A spoonful of honey

Fresh lemon wedge

Top off with hot water. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Old Fashioned

In a rocks glass:

Muddle an orange wedge

Add 2 oz Trapline Rock & Rye

Top with a few ice cubes and stir. Garnish with a brandied cherry.
