Whiskey, Beer, Dinner and Dancing!
Last year’s Autumn Equinox Whiskey Dinner pairing was a smashing success so this year we decided to join forces with Great Northern Brewing Company to bring you a fun-filled evening of local libations, cuisine and music! Join us next Thursday, August 8th as we partner up with Glacier Park Weddings, The Cuisine Machine and Grandma’s Little Darlings to bring you a taste of the Flathead. Cocktail hour begins at 5:30 followed by a four course meal pairing delicious micro brews and craft spirits with the culinary creations of Mr. Tim Good–all set to the backdrop of Glacier National Park.
1st Course: Wheatsky Smash cocktail paired with trout mousse stuffed orchids with mango-mint mojo sauce.
2nd Course: Going to the Sun IPA with basil paired with spicy arugula mustard green salad with chioggia beet chips, radishes & nasturtiums with a basil-mint vinaigrette.
3rd Course: Badrock Rye Whiskey paired with carnitas mini taco’s with apple jicama slaw & guacamole, drizzled with a pork reduction.
4th Course: Barrel-Aged Fata Morgana Belgian Strong paired with cherry, bacon wild rice-stuffed quail perched upon a nest of vegetables with a huckleberry-cherry gastrique, garnished with fried leeks.
5th Course: Little Cottonwood Liqueur paired with coconut rice pudding sticks, apricot-raspberry dipping sauce & Little Cottonwood whipped cream
