Aguardiente, meaning "firewater" in Spanish, is our take on a Peruvian-style grape brandy. Made from cold-hardy Marquette grapes harvested exclusively from the Spotted Bear Vineyard on Flathead Lake, this spirit showcases dark fruit flavors and earthy undertones. Distilled in the style of Pisco, it captures the essence of the grapes in a smooth and flavorful spirit.

Distillers Notes
Marquette grapes from the Spotted Bear Vineyard are fermented whole, then distilled in a single pass through our copper pot still, “Belle,” and bottled at natural distillation proof without added water. Rested in stainless steel for a few months, the spirit reveals earthy notes from the grape skins, balanced by bright fruit and subtle floral tones, showcasing the unique character of the Marquette grape.
