Barlettini
In a shaker:
1 ½ oz. Glacier Distilling Pear eau de vie
¾ oz. rosemary simple syrup
Lemon wedge, squeezed
Ice
Shake and strain into martini glass
Garnish with spanked rosemary
To make rosemary simple: In a pot, dissolve 2 ½ cups sugar with 2 ½ cups water. Bring to a boil. Turn off heat. Add 4 oz. fresh rosemary. Let steep for 30 minutes. Strain and cool for serving.
