Distillers Notes

Montana grape brandy rests in a barrel alongside cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and allspice, allowing these warm spices to infuse gently over time. After aging, it’s lightly sweetened with locally sourced honey from Glacier County Honey Co. The finished spirit offers a naturally less-sweet alternative to cinnamon-flavored drinks, with rich layers of baking spices complemented by a smooth, honeyed finish.

In a shaker:

1 oz Cabin Fever

1 oz Cold brewed chai tea

.5 oz Raw honey simple

1 oz Half & half

Orange wedge, squeezed into shaker
Shake and strain into martini glass with a cinnamon, brown sugar, sea salt rim.
