The mule is arguably the most important animal contributing to the settlement of the West. When man’s ambition exceeds his ability, it is up to the lowly mule to shoulder the weight and move things along. Whether hauling materials to build the Great Northern Railroad or packing to supplies to Sperry Chalet, the stalwart mule toils without complaint. Sometimes man and mule alike just need a swift kick to get moving, but in the end, the job gets done. Here’s to stubbornly pursuing your dreams!

Distillers Notes

Mule Kick originated as an “improvement” to our moonshine for use in Bloody Mary’s or Caesars. The jalapeños, garlic and black pepper were infused directly in the bottle of shine for use behind the bar. Now we take grain spirits straight from the still dump into tanks filled with fresh pepper and spices. The green color is naturally derived from the jalapeños. Since the product is seasonal, the spice level can vary between batches depending on the spice level and origin of the jalapeño peppers.
