This Slivovitz is crafted by fermenting whole plums—skins included—allowing natural flavors and subtle earthy qualities to develop. After a careful double-distillation, it’s bottled without added color or flavorings. The resulting spirit showcases the pure essence of plum, complemented by a gentle, earthy note from the fruit’s skins.
