Trail of the Cedars

Extrait D’Absinthe

Proof: 62.5% Alc. by Vol. (125 Proof)

Artemisia absinthium - commonly referred to as wormwood - thrives on the arid, rocky slopes of northwest Montana. We pot distill this wildcrafted herb along with carefully cut and sifted anise, fennel, coriander, angelica, and lemon balm in a traditional method to create Trail of the Cedars. Dilute with chilled water before consuming.

Sizes: 750ml

Distillers Notes

Trail of the Cedars is pot distilled from native Montana wormwood, anise, fennel, and other botanicals placed in a gin basket, allowing their flavors to infuse through vapor extraction. A secondary infusion with lemon balm and pontica give the absinthe a natural green color. A bold black licorice profile from the anise, supported by subtle notes of coriander and fennel make this a modern classic absinthe. No artificial colors added.
