Starry night is made with a constellation of fragrant botanicals including anise, fennel, juniper, coriander and hops, then sweetened with a touch of blue agave. A hybrid between gin and absinthe, this liqueur is perfect over ice or as a spritz. It’s complex yet mellow flavors make it a standout liqueur for its versatility and its ability to elevate any cocktail.

Distillers Notes
A “happy accident,” Starry Night began as an inadvertent mix of gin and absinthe but quickly became a cherished part of our regular lineup. Fortunately, we had detailed notes on each tank, allowing us to recreate the blend in subsequent batches. The key to this spirit is using fresh hops from the bines growing up the giant rooster in the front yard (if you know, you know!). Just a few minutes of infusion is enough to pull the fresh hop fragrances into the spirit.

A few cocktail suggestions that we can’t get enough of.
In a rocks glass:
Muddle orange wedge with teaspoon of brown sugar and two cherries (we use house whiskey-soaked cherries)
Add small scoop of ice
2 oz. Two Med
Add splash of sparkling water, if desired
Top with 5 drops aromatic bitters
